Each lesson is stored with its provenance, the CI pipeline that verified it, and passes a text filter before any agent could read it. A lesson with no verified pipeline stays a candidate, and text that looks like an instruction to skip checks is quarantined. This is a safety filter, not learning: nothing here changes how the system behaves from one incident to the next.
